Installation and operation

• Professional installation is required. The module is not waterproof and must be protected from moisture.
• The reference photographs identify the original head-unit power connector and blue LVDS connection. Use the matched harnesses; do not infer pin assignments from a different vehicle.
• Hold the original BACK control for about three seconds to switch added video functions, as described in the manual.
• If a front camera is not installed, disable that function; the source manual warns of a blue/no-image screen when a missing input is triggered.
• Before handover, test the original interface, reversing image and each enabled auxiliary input.
